The Angchor Chum district and Cambodia in general still have significant water and sanitation issues. This follow-on project to the previous housing project will focus on improved sanitation through Community Led Total Sanitation and the provision of clean water sources and hygiene training. The CLTS is adapted in a way that gives people the opportunity to access the normal Habitat for Humanity model of save and build for acquiring upgraded latrines.
