In order to complement and sustain the dialogue climate established through phase one of the Programme of Research and Dialogue run by a partnership between Interpeace and CEPAD, TCF agreed to fund the construction of four Peace Houses and funded the deployment of four District Liaison Officers as managers of the houses and the running of mediation and reconcilliation events and meetings in the three districts. The peace houses wil subsequently be handed over to the communities and run by the committees.
