This is basically three projects in one. It started with material support to the TLSCPR centre in the form of a Toyota Hiace Vehicle and a renovation of the compound guardhouse in 2005. Other planned material support was not carried out as the Ministry of Health took over the buildings that should have been renovated. TCF subsequently funded the construction of a two vehicle carport to protect the vehicles including the one financed by TCF. The relationship then developed to include a scholorship for two physical therapy students to study in Indonesia around the time that the violence broke out in 2006. The scholarships were subsequently complemented with an additional two students that would study Occupational Therapy also in Indonesia. All four therapists returned to East Timor and worked at the centre for several years.,
