The overall goal of the project is to make the Tibetan Refugee established Organic Research & Training Centre in Bylakuppe viable by strengthening and establishing reliable income generating activities. The TCF part of the project was to provide funding for a hostel where the farmers and visiting tourist could be accomodated, generating income for ORTC.
