This is a 3-year program of clinical and health educational services for disadvantaged, high-at risk people of Siem Reap. The purpose is 4-fold: (1) Prevention of ear disease/conservation of hearing through health education; (2) mitigation/treatment of existing ear disease; (3) Aural rehabilitation of hearing loss through hearing aid fittings; and 4) Staff training. Daily clinical services will be provided at the AEC Siem Reap clinic as well as at outreach level. An additional component of the project will be the LISTEN.OUT.LOUD Show, which is a parallel program of preventative health education.
