The outcomes of this project was improved health for ethnic minority families in six communes of Bac Thong District through improved access to clean water and sanitation facilities.
The project built 207 household wells of good standard and water quantity. The project also provided materials and technical assistance for the building of 350 household latrines. In addition to the household level interventions, the project provided water and sanitation facilities at three schools and provided hygiene and sanitation behaviour change communications and education to the students.
