CTDO, in partnership with TCF through Action on Poverty (AOP) secured authority to intervene in Rushinga District, targeting seven schools with a total enrolment of 3,106 pupils. Initially, not all eligible students had enrolled in and were regularly attending school, with a total student cohort of 3,106 pupils. Due to program delivery, however, 3,678 children were supported at the peak of program delivery, as they returned to school due to the provision of food. Enrolment and attendance increased by 18%.
