TCF funds the construction of a new health facility in Phalyak and equip the included birthing centre to strengthen the capacity of rural health facilities in rural Nepal to improve access to and quality of MNH service delivery.One Heart Worldwide will furthermore promote safe motherhood in the rural municipality to increase utilization of MNH services provided by the upgraded rural health facilities at the completion of the program.
