Kangaroo Mother care (KMC) is the practise of placing and swadling premature born babies with skin to skin contact with their mothers. Dramatically improved survival rates is the result. TCF is funding a programme established by Australian midwife Narelle Tunks to train all medical prsonnel in Tanzania in KMC through a train the trainers programme.
