Tegla Loroupe Peace Foundation was founded in 2003 by Tegla Loroupe, who vowed to use her sporting excellence, skills, experience, friends and her celebrity status to promote peaceful co-existence and socio-economic development of the poor and marginalized individuals and communities in the Greater Horn of Africa.
This project was designed to enhance the technical and resource mobilization capacities of TLPF.
